Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer position at Cape Town, WC, South Africa. Requirements include 3+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE role, good knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), experience with Infrastructure as a Code, microservices and container-based stacks, scripting, security, and configuration management technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE role
- Minimum 2 years experience in a System administrator or Development role
- Good knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Experience with Infrastructure as a Code, preferably CloudFormation / Terraform / Packer
- Microservices and container-based stacks like Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience with scripting with Python, Bash, etc.
- Good understanding of Security and Security practices
- Experience with Configuration Management technologies preferably Ansible
- Experience with monitoring solutions like AppDynamics, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Nagios, or the ELK stack
