Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will manage project initiation, maintain project documentation, identify and communicate changes, and manage project team members. They will also plan and manage program stakeholders, scope, activities, and conflict resolution. Additionally, they will apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and templates
- Formidable team working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams
- Instrumental in the use of IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Proficient in MS project and other scheduling tools
- Experienced in delivery that includes the use of external supplier and offshore resources
- Excellent communication skills and presenting to senior leadership up to Director and C-Suite
- More than 5yrs experience in project governance and working with a PMO environment
- Experience in participating or driving change management as part of the project
