Job Description
The Business Developer role at ICA Fastigheter involves identifying and developing new shop locations, and developing and adapting the property portfolio to strengthen and develop ICA's market position in northern Sweden.
Requirements
- Academic education in economics or civil engineering with a focus on real estate or financial economics
- +8 years of qualified transaction or establishment experience in the real estate sector
- Great experience of due diligence, negotiation, and real estate law in transaction contexts
- Good financial analysis skills and experience of working with financial models
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing; both in Swedish and in English
