Requirements

• Analytical and structured approach
• Good system knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Proficient in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience in finance-related areas such as liquidity, bank contacts, or treasury
• Experience from the real estate industry
• Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
