Förvaltningscontroller till Nordiqus Sundsvall

We are looking for a controller to join our new regional office in Sundsvall and strengthen regional financial management and contribute to long-term value creation. As a controller, you will have a crucial role in supporting the region from a financial and administrative perspective. You will assist in following up and analyzing the region's property portfolio and contribute to ensuring that the financial outcome is in line with the organization's goals through budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing analysis.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, business economics, or a related field
• At least a couple of years of experience in controlling, preferably from the property industry
• Analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
• Good communicative skills and ability to work as a team player
