Job Description
Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking a Contracts Analyst for its Houston, TX office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience working with contracts and strong aptitude in reviewing and redlining contracts. The Contracts Analyst will work with attorneys and internal clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working with contracts
- Strong aptitude in reviewing and redlining contracts
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of confidentiality principles and business relationships
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or pipeline industries is preferred
- Familiarity with litigation process / management is preferred
