Job Description
Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking a Senior/Lead Regulatory Analyst, Certificates to support the company's regulatory strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting certificate applications, ensuring compliance filings, and providing project updates to internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations
- Knowledge of environmental and engineering considerations in pipeline projects
- Ability to interpret and communicate regulatory changes
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills to assess regulatory impacts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing FERC eLibrary filings
- Ability to participate in pre-filing projects
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvements
- Capacity to provide training and guidance on regulatory matters
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs
- Proven track record in preparing certificate applications and managing compliance filings
