Job Description
Bluewater Maritime School seeks a Part Time QMED Instructor to deliver in-person classroom instruction on steam propulsion systems and associated shipboard systems, with a focus on regulatory compliance and safety practices.
Requirements
- Deliver in-person classroom instruction in accordance with the approved QMED – Steam Propulsion curriculum, Bluewater Maritime School standards, and applicable U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) requirements.
- Instruct students in steam theory and thermodynamic principles relevant to maritime steam propulsion systems.
- Administer quizzes, examinations, and knowledge assessments in alignment with approved instructional materials and course objectives.
