Join our team as a Catering Sales and Events Coordinator at Hope Valley Country Club in Durham, NC. We are seeking a highly organized and personable candidate to drive catering sales, coordinate private events, and ensure seamless execution from initial inquiry through event completion.
Requirements
- Previous catering sales, event coordination, hospitality, or country club experience preferred
- Strong sales ability with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with catering/event software is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
