Case Manager

The Case Manager plays a key role in delivering therapeutic and psychoeducational services to clients within a structured treatment program. This position involves facilitating group sessions focused on addiction recovery, coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification or licensure (e.g., LADC, CADC, LMHC, LCSW) in Massachusetts preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational sessions in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.
• CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
