Construction Manager

Construction Manager Representative (CMR) will support a diverse portfolio of federal projects across the United States, including the construction and rehabilitation of national parks, renovation of historic structures, and upgrades to critical infrastructure such as wastewater treatment facilities.

Requirements

• Represent owner/client interests on construction projects
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
• Conduct site inspections and document progress
• Identify and resolve field issues in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and environmental requirements
• Prepare reports, logs, and project documentation
