Job Description
Execute product, material, and ingredient analysis according to quality control programming, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and internal procedures. Directly contributes to quality assurance, result reliability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Execute analyses, sampling, document review, and log book review
- Implement analytical methods, support analytical validations
- Ensure compliance with 5S and efficient use of area resources
- Meet training requirements and maintain current certification
- Actively participate in internal and external audits
- Prepare risk analysis (AMEF/FMEA) related to the area
- Manage and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Prepare and update operational procedures (PNO/PT)
- Meet lead time, RFT, and performance metrics
