Associate Manager, Practice Excellence

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Associate Manager, Practice Excellence, to support the team's daily operation and governance, while driving innovation and collaboration across the organization. The successful candidate will have a PhD or Master's degree in a life science field and at least 3-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• PhD degree with more than 3 years or Master's degree with more than 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• Major in life sciences is a plus, major in Biologics is further preferred
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, especially CMC
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience in planning and executing events or activities
• Quick learner with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
• Excellent multitasking, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Familiarity with digital tools and AI applications
• Willing to travel as needed
