The Director, Customer Facing Analytics is a supervisory role leading a team of professionals in field analytics, supporting customer facing teams. This person is an expert in organized customer groups and payers with special emphasis on IDNs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience in the Pharma Industry with experience in field analytics and business knowledge of Pharma companies and their business practices
- Highly analytical and expert in field analytics, strong communication skills and confidence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Deep knowledge and experience in analytics to support account planning for organized customers and payers with emphasis on IDNs
- Lead people, deliver results, customer focus, team work'collaboration and analytical acumen
- Previous managerial and/or project management experience preferred
