Requirements
- Speak English and German language min. on C1 level
- Min. 6 years of professional experience in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas)
- Experience in transitioning/transforming processes or other relevant project experience
- Working experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and OpenText
