Regulatory Operations Specialist to ensure timely execution of regulatory processes for Import Permits, Security Periodic Reports, Implementation of changes in Arts and regulatory texts, and Risk Management Plans in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

Requirements

• Ensure timely submission of Security Periodic Reports, Risk Management Plans, and Commitments in Mexico and Central America and the Caribbean.
• Ensure availability of import permits for Raw Materials, Standards, Granules, Donations, and Finished Products in Mexico.
• Execute activities related to launches, updates or changes of packaging materials and version control.
• Manage implementation and review of arts in conjunction with product managers to ensure compliance with approved labeling of products.
• Prevent and escalate risks that may impact implementation of changes in packaging materials and version control.
• Manage process of variable data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of each country.
