Job Description
The Executive Director, Experimental Medicine – Immunology will provide leadership for early clinical development and experimental medicine within the Therapeutic Area (TA). This role focuses on advancing proof-of-concept studies and supporting global development plans.
Requirements
- MD or MD/PhD in relevant medical specialty/Therapeutic Area required
- Cell therapy experience
- Scientific Expertise: Solid understanding of disease biology, clinical trial design, and translational medicine.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic Execution: Skilled in implementing clinical plans aligned with TA objectives.
- Communication: Strong ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with global drug development and compliance requirements.
- Innovation: Experience applying novel approaches in early clinical development.
