Payroll and Time Management Specialist with German: shape Payroll & Time Management with a focus on operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German & English (min. C1)
- 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing in the German market
- Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field
- Good knowledge of German wage tax, social security and collective bargaining law
- Proficiency using SAP HR Payroll & Success Factors
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail
