Job Description
The position is for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to work with the Computational Innovation (CI) function at Boehringer Ingelheim, helping to keep the organization aligned by bringing together global strategic priorities and deliverables. The role will involve steering cross-functional execution work, preparing communication materials, and developing approaches for planning and governance.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in life sciences, biomedicine, computational biology, or similar
- Several years of experience in strategy consulting or a comparable strategic role
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
