Job Description
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Associate Director to lead US Regulatory Affairs for Animal Health Intelligence and External Engagement. The role involves building relationships with federal and state health authorities, trade associations, and scientific disciplines to proactively shape the regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate will translate regulatory trends into actionable strategies and collaborate with various internal and external teams to drive product approvals and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory intelligence, policy analysis, and advocacy efforts.
- Practical experience with regulatory submissions, health authority communications, and lifecycle management activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to share knowledge and engage in scientific discussions.
