Associate Quality Engineer

Join our Emergent Operations in Fabrication team in Auburn, WA, as a Quality Engineer. This is an opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence in aerospace engineering. As a Quality Engineer, you will dive deep into the intricacies of our engineering documentation, assessing and enhancing how we translate complex requirements into clear, actionable instructions for our production teammates.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry
• 2+ years of experience in summarizing and/or reviewing documentation to develop informational or technical materials
• 2+ years' experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions
• 2+ years' experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or other similar rigorous problems/analysis/resolution processes
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
