Environmental Control Systems (ECS) Design and Analysis Engineer (Experienced, Senior or Principal)

The Boeing Company is seeking an Environmental Control Systems (ECS) Design and Analysis Engineer to join their team in Seal Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with engineering teams and a background in environmental control systems analysis.

Requirements

• Supports development and documentation of Environmental Control System analysis and architecture
• System Safety Analysis Documentation, including the creation of Fault Hazard Assessments, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis
• Assesses complex system events to determine potential safety issues, utilizing airplane function integration at the system and component level
• Contributes to development of hardware, software, and system performance requirements, as well as supplier qualification of these components and systems
• Works directly with airline customers and airplane component suppliers to ensure effective system integration and customer satisfaction
