Requirements

• Estimate and commit to user stories and tasks during Sprint Planning
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure requirements meet Definition of Ready (DoR)
• Develop, test, and deliver working software aligned with team objectives
• Design software for testability and support test automation
• Own software design and architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot and fix software and DevOps issues
• Document architecture, algorithms, and interfaces
• Mentor junior developers and support competency development
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
• Participate in backlog refinement, risk identification, and change management
• Travel within India and internationally as needed
