Job Description
Millennium Space Systems is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Systems Administrator (Level 4) to join the MSS team in El Segundo, CA. The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, updating, and integrating our secure enterprise and air-gapped systems with a complex variety of operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
Requirements
- Maintain system installation, configuration, upgrades, and updates on secure networks
- Manage documentation for system operations, changes, and procedures
- Provide technical support and interact with customers in-person, by email, or by response to tickets
- Monitor systems and resolve issues to prevent costly downtime
