Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer (Experienced or Senior)

Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer (Experienced or Senior) position available at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in North Charleston, South Carolina. Responsible for mechanical and fluid system design and analysis, with potential to lead technical quality review, development, and documentation of systems. Experience with CATIA V5 & ENOVIA toolsets and knowledge of engineering drawings, procedures, and specifications required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• 5+ years of experience with Mechanical Systems
• 3+ years of experience working in an engineering field
• 3+ years of experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring and developing others (Level 4)
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace related role (Level 4)
• 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, procedures, and specifications (Level 4)
• 5+ years of experience in a mechanical system, hydraulic fluid system, flight controls, flight deck, and/or environmental controls systems engineering roles (Level 4)
• 5+ years of demonstrated project management skills (Level 4)
