Methods Process Analyst (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior)

The Boeing Company is seeking Methods Process Analysts to join the 737 Quality Industrial Engineering Team in Renton, Washington. The ideal candidates will possess strong strategic and creative-thinking skills, as well as utilize data and analytics to make recommendations on how to support and improve quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum
• 3 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment
• 3 or more years of experience working in a team environment
• 3 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience developing metrics to drive results and business improvements
• Experience in Project Management
• Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
• Onsite: This position is expected to be 100% onsite
• Shift: This position is to support 1st shift, with some collaboration possible between 2nd and 3rd shift
• Travel: Travel is not a regular requirement of this position
