MP&P Engineer (NDE/Measurement systems)

We are looking for a Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. The successful candidate will support the development of new and novel NDE methods/approaches, develop new sensor technology and testing systems, and lead the deployment of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Apply nondestructive evaluation (NDE) methods/approaches
• Develop new sensor technology and testing systems
• Define requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes
• Lead development of specifications and other documents
• Maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
• Evaluate emerging technologies
• Lead development, validation and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes
• Manages test and audit programs
• Uses project management tools
• Incorporates environmental health and safety, LEAN and Quality principles
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and customer requirements
• Support audits, root cause analyses, and failure investigations
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring
• Supports the Team Lead and work statement
