Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Systems Specialist to join the BCA Quality Core Team in Everett, WA. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us strengthen our Quality Management System across BCA. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and creative thinking skills, utilizing data and analytics to make well-informed decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data mining, processing, and analysis
- 3+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience in project and/or program management
- 3+ years of experience with root cause/corrective action and Problem-Solving methods
- 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- LEAN manufacturing/BPSM techniques for process improvement
