Quality Systems Specialist (Quality Multi-Function)

We are looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to support the Supplier Quality team onsite in Everett, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports, 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), and 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.

Requirements

• Lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and drive implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
• Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability and operational outcomes.
• Develop coordinated responses for management review to meet program quality requirements
• Perform hardware, software and system-level audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory and customer requirements; report results and recommended actions to management.
• Drive data visualization and reporting: create/update Tableau dashboards, automate routine reports, and present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Execute data analysis and report automation using statistical concepts and tools; leverage SQL experience to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
