We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor eager to join our team in Rome, with registration on the list of Protected Categories L.68/99. As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true Brand Ambassador: welcome every customer with attention, understand their needs and accompany them in a personalized and memorable shopping experience — in boutique as online.
Requirements
- Offer exceptional service, valuing every interaction with the customer and promoting the brand, product, and loyalty programs.
- Understand the customer's needs, tell the product with passion and guide them in the most suitable choice.
- Create long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
- Promote complementary sales and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, tablet in-store).
- Contribute actively to reaching sales and team targets.
- Manage professional requests or complaints, in collaboration with the supervisor.
- Maintain the order, care, and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with brand standards.
- Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
- Contribute to managing the cash register and operational procedures, in accordance with company policies.
