Support planning and design process across active land-development projects, applying technical insight, coordination skills, and early leadership to move site plans from concept to approval. Blend technical landscape architecture, planning fundamentals, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning
• 7+ years of experience in private land-development landscape architecture; (Registered Landscape Architect) RLA preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D), Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and SketchUp
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and lead portions of project delivery
