Job Description
Lead large-scale site design projects from conception to completion, empowering teams, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to community development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 15+ years of land development and site design experience
- At least 7 years of staff management and leadership experience
- Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design, and permitting
- Strong communication, public presentation, and organizational skills
