Lead survey field crews to complete boundary, topographic, ALTA, as-built, and construction layout surveys for land development projects. Manage multiple crews and oversee complex, high-profile survey projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of field surveying experience using robotic total stations and GPS data collectors (Trimble preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in surveying, engineering, or math is a plus
- Proven ability to lead and train field crews effectively
- Strong understanding of land development surveying methods, data management, and construction layout
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on quality and safety
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided per IRS regulations)
