AI Transformation Lead

BOI is an AI Transformation Studio that helps companies redesign their growth engines for the autonomous age. As an AI Transformation Lead, you will lead strategy and engineering engagements focused on growth functions within large organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in consulting, agency, or custom solution environments serving enterprise clients
• Demonstrated ownership of strategy engagements end-to-end
• Experience delivering AI or data-driven programs in enterprise contexts
• Experience supporting business development
• Strong ability to translate between business ambition and technical feasibility
• Experience working in cross-functional teams delivering complex client work
• Comfort operating in complex stakeholder environments with senior leaders

Benefits

• Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits
