Job Description
Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) is looking for a dedicated Laborer to support our operations in Lyman, SC. The Laborer will play a vital role in the fabrication shop by assisting welders and other technicians in various tasks essential for the production and assembly of boiler components.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and develop skills is essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability in attendance and performance
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands
