Program Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with experience managing the buildouts of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in a variety of venue types, including military and campus-type venues. The successful candidate will lead the cross-functional, lifecycle launch and change management of network buildouts, products, channel and partner requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years working experience Managing DAS and ERRCS projects
• Proficient in business tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proven track record in delivering large scale projects on schedule
• Experience managing capital for multi-million-dollar project costs and expenditures
• Strong project management skills, methodologies and analytical skills
• Ability to drive all aspects of a product through the entire life cycle
• Sound business judgment and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to lead and motivate team members
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• BS Degree preferred
• Must be self-motivated with a proactive approach to working with diverse teams.
