Program Manager

Seeking a well-qualified and highly professional Program Manager to lead new product development projects for an onsemi business unit. The selected individual will be responsible for managing multiple programs that involve the development, qualification, and release of new products as well as IP and technology development projects.

Requirements

• Define and manage project requirements with stakeholders throughout the life of the project
• Manage project change requests (define, assess change impact, execution approval) throughout the life of the project
• Create schedules in MS Project, create risk analyses using onsemi program management tools
• Document and track projects/programs with program managers of defined scope, on schedule, within budget
• Lead cross-functional teams to successful problem resolution outcomes, staying on schedule
• Monitor and deliver project execution to plan
• Perform regular program risk management
• Early identification, resolution, and timely closure of critical decisions
• Resolve most project problems, intelligently escalate
• Manage several key projects in parallel or singular large programs
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to all relevant stakeholders and team members
• Document & report on all aspects of the programs
• Continually maintain and keep up to date the project schedule
• Contribute to organization learning by leading 8D problem solving
