Requirements
- Develop and execute relationship management and business development plans for customers and prospects.
- Schedule business development calls and manage customer and prospect databases.
- Identify needs and solutions during appointments and monitor existing customer relationships.
- Issue and negotiate new relationship and cross-selling proposals, focusing on Wealth Management, Treasury Services, and deposit attraction.
- Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including renewals, financial analysis, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary link for all financial services to individual clients and resolve operational problems.
- Oversee credit approval, documentation, and booking processes, including loan proposals and presentations to loan committees.
- Provide training and serve as a resource for less experienced loan officers, and participate in community activities to enhance the bank's image.
