Bold is a fintech company that provides payment solutions for small businesses and independent entrepreneurs in Colombia. We are looking for an AML Specialist - Transaction Monitoring to lead and manage the transaction monitoring and analysis process to prevent and detect money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
Requirements
- Professional in Law, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the fintech, banking, insurance sector.
- Experience in transactional monitoring for money laundering and terrorist financing prevention (AML/LAFT).
- Advanced handling of Microsoft Office or Google Docs, Claude, Chat GPT, or other AI models.
- Authorization of Personal Data Treatment.
