Commercial Planning Analyst

Our company was founded in May 2019 by a team of incredible people and unique experience, the founders group consists of creators of PayU Latam and other technology financial companies. We are creating payment and banking solutions for micro-enterprises, independent and entrepreneurs in Colombia.

Requirements

• Evaluate and monitor the profitability of commercial channels through tracking payback, acquisition cost and pricing strategies, with the aim of proposing initiatives to achieve goals.
• Define and evaluate commercial goals, following the budget and forecast in key performance indicators (KPIs); proposing corrective actions.
• Create and track dashboards that allow evaluating the productivity of the commercial force in different channels.
• Design variable compensation schemes in line with business objectives and parameters of different commercial channels, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
