Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our Zero to One team, where you will build a new business on top of Bolna's Voice AI platform, infrastructure, and hard-won learnings. You will be the de facto co-founder and CTO of this unit, with responsibilities including building the technical stack, making architectural decisions, and operating like a founder.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of full-stack experience
- Startup DNA
- Fast at picking up new systems
- Strong product instinct
- BONUS: Experience with voice AI, telephony, real-time systems, or LLM pipelines
