We’re looking for an experienced and driven Country Sales Manager for Bolt Business in Tanzania, Dar es Salaam. You’ll oversee the expansion of our business within the country, manage the B2B sales team, develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, and secure significant deals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales
- Strong expertise in selling services to SMB, SME, and enterprise clients
- Proven track record in high-growth B2B sales management
- Leadership capability to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top talent
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing large enterprise deals
- Hands-on experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing B2G deals within complex public sector environments
- Demonstrated ability to create, negotiate, and manage meaningful commercial partnerships
- Commercially sharp with solid understanding of market economics and P&L thinking
- Highly proficient in CRM management, preferably Salesforce
