Courier Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Courier Operations Specialist to join our Delivery team in Sofia. In this role, you'll play a key part in building, scaling, and optimising our courier fleet while ensuring a high-quality experience for couriers, customers, and restaurant partners.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical, operations, consulting, or commercial role, ideally in a fast-paced or enterprise environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically about operational and commercial trade-offs.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and advanced Excel skills (required); experience with BI tools, SQL, or data visualisation tools is a strong plus.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in influencing external partners.
• Fluent in both English and Bulgarian.
