Job Description
We're looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Manager to help us grow our ride-hailing operations in Prague. You will lead the Driver Engagement & Safety domain, ensuring a motivated, compliant, and high-performing Driver supply.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an operations management role
- 5+ experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subject
