Sales Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Specialist to join the Bolt Food team in Portugal. You’ll drive our sales growth, reach out to potential partners, pitch, negotiate, and close deals for small and mid-sized accounts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field, ideally in the food delivery industry.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset and advanced understanding of leveraging a set of tools to manage data, with experience working with a CRM.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
• High level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
