Senior Product Designer, Identity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Identity team and shape the user experience of authentication, identity and document verification of our mobile and web apps. The Bolt Identity Product team’s goal is to let users seamlessly create, access, manage, verify, and protect their accounts, while balancing frictionless user experience with security, compliance, and privacy requirements at scale.

Requirements

• Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts.
• Confidently present design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data-driven insights and strong design intuition.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring your design concepts to life.
• Advocate for user-centric, high-quality design solutions across the team while effectively balancing multiple tasks and timelines.
• Push for visionary solutions that challenge existing ideas, drive innovation, set the quality bar, and be an exemplary designer to your peers.
• Contribute to evolving design systems and ensure consistency in UI/UX patterns.
