Job Description
As an Analyst, Engineering Program Management, you will provide recommendations on large value business cases, coach and support other program analysts, own the development and management of project portfolios, and establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress. You will work under pressure and tight deadlines, and still deliver on commitments. You will have experience in supporting complex changes and demonstrate the ability to resolve complex issues with minimal support from leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business
- Technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset)
- At least eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Initiative, results driven, and ability to make decisions
- Expert level project management experience, team leadership skills, analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Extensive knowledge of multiple disciplines, including engineering, contracts, finance, sales, procurement, logistics, methods and customer support
- Superior communication skills (written & spoken) in French and English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
