Analyst, Engineering Program Management

As an Analyst, Engineering Program Management, you will manage internal and external activities between functions, ensure governance, integration, communication, evaluation, and execution of various elements of the Programs in accordance with the program strategy, own and manage the development and management of strategies, schedules, and budget of your engineering project portfolio, and lead and facilitate project integration, evaluation, and execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the aerospace sector or otherwise in a complex manufacturing sector
• Informal leadership skills in project management and interest for commercial negotiations
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Good sense of organization, time management, and autonomy
• Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and ability to relate them to financial performance
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite, TEAMS, with knowledge of database management, scheduling, and spreadsheets
