- Develop optimized workflows and processes aligned with best practices and business objectives.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate on the configuration of Salesforce solutions in test environments to meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
- Design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing system capabilities.
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user expectations and requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
- Create user documentation and training materials to facilitate integration and ongoing support.
- Work closely with developers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features and improvements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide information on commercial performance and other key indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the triage and categorization of daily support requests with the Salesforce Product Owner team.
- Collaborate on the administration of focused management processes.
