We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid flexible working environment. As a Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop optimized workflows and processes aligned with best practices and business objectives.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate on the configuration of Salesforce solutions in test environments to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
• Design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing system capabilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user expectations and requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
• Create user documentation and training materials to facilitate integration and ongoing support.
• Work closely with developers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features and improvements.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide information on commercial performance and other key indicators.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in the triage and categorization of daily support requests with the Salesforce Product Owner team.
• Collaborate on the administration of focused management processes.
