Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in IT service management, technical support, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills in both English and French
• General IT skills and ability to manage relationships and deliverables within a global team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
